Appointments that are NO SHOW/ and or cancelled less than 24 hours before the service will be charged a cancellation fee. 100% of the service booked for no shows and 50% for cancellation without a 24 hr notice. no shows and cancellations are taken very seriously as your time slot can not be filled with such short notice. This fee is non refundable and will be charged at the time of your cancellation or no show. If you do not have a card on file and Cannot be charged you will be required to pay this fee before re booking another appointment. NO REFUND POLICY!! No refunds are available for any lash service. If you do happen to have any premature fall out, and can come back within 72 hours of your initial service, your set will be fixed free of charge. NO REFUND POLICY!! Please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes free of any and all make up, moisturizer, and or oils. Any visible makeup or build up will require a $10 cleaning fee before the lash service begins.
